I spent the whole day wrestling with a serious computer issue. I was super worried about losing important data (and sure, it was backed up, but it got 'corrupted'). John not only tackled that issue but also made my computer run better. An hour later, with my problem sorted and my computer feeling great, I was over the moon. Really thrilled I came across Boxaid. I just reached out to Boxaid because I was curious if there was a bug on my computer that was stopping me from using an app essential for my work-from-home gig. The tech support guy I spoke with was super generous with his time and gave me all the info I needed about what the issue could be. Turns out, it wasn't my computer, which was a huge relief! I faced a problem with Microsoft Word that took me two whole days to sort out. In previous instances, I managed to resolve this issue a few times when it popped up. A strange mix of issues in my tech setup had created a near disaster across all my devices—leaving me pretty much stuck in terms of productivity. After finishing his diagnostic work, George came back with a clear and logical explanation of how these seemingly unrelated problems were actually connected, and how together they had taken down my system.

George's careful way of tackling problems really sets him apart from many other IT support folks I've had the bad luck to deal with before—people who just didn’t seem to care about their work or, more often than not, were just plain incompetent.

Working with Boxaid was honestly a breeze. My technician was super patient, knowledgeable, and did I say patient again? Kristine and George were both really helpful and detailed in their approach. I'd suggest them just based on their great attitude and work ethic, but they also have the skills to get things sorted.
